Megz (she/her) utilises a positive psychology framework offering a caring compassionate, non-judgemental approach encompassing a person- centred focus. Utilising innovative interventions based on the latest research and technology. Megz particularly enjoys working with youth & young adults 12- 30 years experiencing a range of barriers such as anxiety, self-esteem, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, self-harming / suicidal tendencies, behaviour disorders and complex criminality. She has a special interest in working with adolescent and young women’s mental health.

Megz has qualifications In criminality and forensic mental health - working across a number of settings such as correctional centres. She has represented a number of organisations as key note speaker in areas such as drug and alcohol, complex mental health and criminality. She has worked in executive and clinical management roles for both government and non government environments. Megz is also a board registered psychology supervisor.

Megz is experienced in working with clients across the lifespan who are experiencing a range of emotional or psychological difficulties.

Megz philosophy in psychology and counselling is empowerment - empowering the client through their journey to reach their desired goals.
