Online ADHD and Autism Assessments

We aim to make the assessment process as clear and predictable as possible.

1.Book your Clinical Assessment Session

You can book your ADHD & autism clinical assessment session online via our booking portal. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

2. Complete Your Intake & Questionnaires

After booking, you will be sent:

• Intake and consent forms

• A structured assessment questionnaire

• Standardised assessment measures (via NovoPsych)

These questionnaires are a core part of your assessment and typically take several hours to complete.

They must be completed at least 48 hours before your clinical interview.

This allows us to review your responses thoroughly and ensure your session is meaningful and focused.

3. Attend Your Clinical Interview (Online)

Your assessment includes a comprehensive clinical and diagnostic interview conducted via secure video (Microsoft Teams) by clinical psychologist Chloe Willats.

During this session, we explore:

• Your current experiences

• Developmental history

• Attention, executive functioning, and sensory patterns

• Social and relational experiences

• Any overlapping mental health factors

This is a collaborative and supportive conversation — not a test. If appropriate your diagnosis will be briefly provided during this session. Please allow up to two hours for your clinical interview.

4. Report Preparation

Following your interview, your information is carefully reviewed and integrated.

Your report is typically completed within approximately six weeks of your assessment session. Often it is completed much sooner.

5. Receive Your Results

You will receive your report via email, outlining:

• Whether you meet criteria for ADHD and/or autism

• A clear explanation of findings

• Recommendations (depending on report type)

We offer two report options depending on your needs.

Comprehensive Report – $1000

Recommended for most clients.

Includes:

• Full ADHD & autism diagnostic assessment

• Detailed written report

• Clear diagnostic outcome

• In-depth explanation of your presentation

• Personalised recommendations

• Documentation suitable for GP/psychiatrist referral or supports.

• This report would likely be required if hoping to pursue other support in the future such as DSP or NDIS (although further assessment may be required in addition to this report, please discuss with your psychologist if this is something you are seeking as additional fees will apply).

Summary Report – $700

A shorter option focused on diagnostic clarity.

Includes:

• Full ADHD & autism diagnostic assessment

• Brief written report

• Diagnostic outcome

• High-level summary of findings

We believe in being transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

• The remaining balance is charged on the day of your clinical interview

• Questionnaires must be completed at least 48 hours prior, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled

• The assessment process can take several hours outside of sessions to complete

• It is possible that you may not meet criteria for ADHD or autism through this assessment process.

• Your report will be emailed to you within six weeks of completion of your clinical interview.

• All assessments are final and reports will not be amended. If after receiving your report further documentation is required such as for NDIS or DSP this will incur an additional fee.

• Assessments are only available to adults aged 18+ residing in Australia.

• NovoNote note taking software is used during your clinical interview. If you do not agree with us using this software we will be unable to provide you with an assessment report at the prices listed. In limited circumstances we can provide assessment without using this software but the cost of your assessment will be substantially higher.
